Create an account
You need a beta key. Keys are handed out by the team on our Discord. One key creates one account.
Download the launcher
The launcher downloads the mod, checks the files and updates them before every game.
Log in and play
Use the nickname and password from registration. Requires Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord 1.4.8 on Steam.
The beta lives on Discord
That is where we hand out keys, collect bug reports and announce maintenance.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to own the game?
Yes, Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord version 1.4.8 on Steam. The mod and the launcher are free. Buy the game on Steam
Where do I get a beta key?
Keys are handed out by the team on our Discord. Each key works once and creates one account. You create the account on this website; the launcher no longer does that.
Windows warns me about the launcher. What now?
The launcher does not have a publisher signature yet, so SmartScreen may show “Windows protected your PC”. Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”. Only download the launcher from this website.
Will there be wipes?
During the beta the world may be wiped. We will announce every wipe in advance in the news and on Discord.
Is this official?
No. It is an independent fan project, not affiliated with TaleWorlds Entertainment.
I forgot my password. What now?
We do not collect email addresses, so we cannot send a reminder. Message the team on Discord: once we confirm the account is yours, we will set a new password.
Can I bring my single-player character over?
No. Characters are created from scratch, because the world lives on the server.
Do I need a powerful computer?
No. We are working on optimisation.
Where is the server?
During the beta there is one server: Europe.
Will PvP be everywhere, or only in designated places?
Practically everywhere. There will be zones: a war zone, a trade zone around towns and hardcore PvP.
Can I play with friends in one party?
Yes. You can also start a clan, and even a kingdom.
Can I play in English?
Yes. Polish, English, German, Russian, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Turkish, Arabic and more to come.
When is the full release?
The Official Beta is running. There is no date for the full release yet.
